Where are you located and what areas do you cover?
High-Res Homes Shots is located in North Metro Atlanta. We cover Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth and North Fulton counties, with some coverage in Paulding, Bartow and Pickens. Contact us to inquire about coverage in other areas. Properties that are further than 40 miles from zip code 30115 may incur a mileage fee of $35.
How long is a typical photo shoot and how are the images sent?
The property size will determine the length of time the photographer will need. Typically, if a house is clean and clutter free, the shoot time goes much smoother. On average we spend 1.5 - 2 hours on site. Of course larger homes will take a bit more time. Any delays beyond that due to the home not being fully prepared for photos could incur an additional time fee. See Investment tab for details. Edited images are sent via DropBox or Pixieset 24-48 after completed session.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Rain does put a damper on listing photos, but don't worry. In the event of bad weather, you will be rescheduled for the next available opening. If you choose to keep your appointment to have the interiors shot and wait until the weather clears for the exteriors shots, a reshoot/travel fee of $75 will incur.
Do I need to meet you at the property?
One of the benefits of this job is getting to meet new people. Making a connection with agents is how we stay in business. There are times when schedules just don't align but photos need to be taken on a specific date. I am licensed for Supra Key access, which allows me to safely enter the home just like an agent would. This is especially helpful for homes that are vacant or if the owners must work and need photos done while they are away. Contact us for further details.
